The British Film Institute Southbank was the perfect venue for the College to celebrate 20 years of Film Studies at Bradfield on Friday 15th September 2023.
Organised and hosted by teachers Jane Stables and Roger Keeley with their team of current and former staff alongside the Bradfield Society, 53 guests were welcomed to a drink’s reception at the BFI’s Blue Room. Films of old student trips, activities and footage of exam work ran during the evening on screens around the room entertaining the guests, who realised how far they had all gone since their school days.
Many who studied Film Studies at Bradfield now work in the film industry in a wide range of roles including as: Actors, Videographers, Film Producers, VFX Production, Writing and Hair and Make up in Film and TV to name just a few careers. Others have gone into other careers such as Accountancy, Law, Product Design or are still in further education.
Thank you to everyone for coming along and making the evening such an enjoyable experience and a great success.
