Angus Flanagan left Bradfield in 2017 having secured an amazing scholarship to play golf at the University of Minnesota, USA. We are delighted to report that he has just won the Genesis Invitational Collegiate Showcase, which gives him an invitation to the Genesis Invitational starting tomorrow. All the world leading players are turning up to play for $10m, but of course Angus remains an amateur. He tees off 10.15am California time on Thursday 18th, 18.15 our time.

Angus has also been selected for the Walker Cup - Amateur GB v USA - to be played in the USA in May. He follows the late Brian Chapman (H 48-53) who is the only other OB golfer to have represented his country.
