The College looked very different this weekend for Bradfieldian Peter Jackson (G 46-50) who returned with his son Simon to the All Weather Pitches to watch a hockey fixture on Saturday. Peter's grandson was playing for Hurstpierpoint against the College and he enjoyed seeing his old boarding house G House once again at the top of the Hill.

Peter was at Bradfield from 1946 to 1950 and was a keen sportsman playing football for the house during his time. His own father Colin Jackson (A 20-24) also came to Bradfield back in the early 1920s and would have experienced a very different college at that time. In advance of the visit, we were able to share lots of photographs from the College Archive of both Peter and Colin including many of his contemporaries who still keep in touch with the Bradfield Society office today.
