Interested in becoming a Mentor?

Networking is important at all stages of your career so take advantage of being part of the wonderfully talented and supportive community that is the Bradfield Society by joining our Alumni mentoring programme as a mentor or a mentee, or even both...

We are keen to facilitate these important being made and so are excited to launch our updated Mentor Directory with you. Designed to offer a better search, it will hopefully allow more members of our community to benefit from being part of our network.

How it works; The upgraded format allows search for Education, Experience and role, with initial search results sharing 'business' card type profiles and the opportunity to click into these profiles for additional information as well as the opportunity to connect via the platform.

Take a look at our new look mentor directory

This directory is for everyone in the community.  You only have to be one stage ahead of the person seeking advice to be able to provide worthwhile suggestions and valuable perspective, so consider registering as a Mentor.

Register as a Mentor

Looking for a Mentor? Search the Mentor Directory , if you find someone of interest click into their profile and send them a message or choose to connect with them. The mentor will then be sent an email allowing them to respond to your request.

Helping pupils as well as alumni

Whilst the purpose of this current promotion is to encourage alumni-alumni mentoring, there is a spin-off towards helping our current Bradfield pupils. The Horizons department are incredibly grateful for all the support they receive from members of the community, who help out with everything from interview practice to panel events and work experience, they couldn't do their job without you. Registering as a mentor you have the potential to help both Bradfield pupils and alumni. Any pupil related support will be managed via the Horizons department for safe guarding reasons and they are looking forward to using the updated mentor directory.

The benefit of connecting via the Bradfield Society

Using our platform means that you do not have to share your personal contact details with the person you are reaching out to unless you wish to at a later stage.

Happy Searching!

The Bradfield Society team are here to help, so if you have any questions do drop us an email on bradfieldsociety@bradfieldcollege.org.uk
