Back in October 2022 auditions took place for the 2023 Greek Play at Bradfield which will be Oedipus The King. Bradfield Drama department were thrilled to have 50 pupils audition for the next performance.
Also known as Oedipus Tyrannus in the past, the play was first performed at Bradfield in 1937, then again in 1979 and last performed in Greeker in 1997.
For those involved in previous performances we would love to capture your thoughts and memories and welcome you to join us again in 2023. We have been digging in the Archive to share what we have from the previous performances, so please watch this space for more information!
Dates for the four 2023 performances will be Saturday 24 June to Tuesday 27 June 2023 in The Greek Theatre.
