The Bradfield Society offers awards to pupils or young alumni who wish to undertake a worthwhile venture on their Gap Year or pre-university holiday and is an opportunity that should not be missed!

The following awards are on offer;

Travel Awards sponsored by the Old Bradfieldian Masons

Open to those who plan to undertake a worthwhile venture either in the UK or overseas.
Award value £250, two awards available

Charitable Project Awards

Open to those who plan to undertake a multi-week charitable project either in the UK or overseas.
Award value £250, two awards available

Adventure Travel Awards

Open to those who plan to undertake a multi-week expedition either in the UK or overseas.
Award value £250, two awards available

To Enter

Applicants are to prepare a submission detailing which award they are applying for and the aim and duration of their travel plans in around 300 words. Submissions are to be emailed to Bradfieldsociety@bradfieldcollege.org.uk

Terms & Conditions

After receiving the awards and completing the projects, award recipients must submit a 400-600-word post project report plus photos to sharing their experience and learnings. This report will be shared with the awarding parties but also will be featured at a news story on the Bradfield Society online and potentially an article in the Bradfieldian. Applicants not completing their project will be asked to return the value of the award so that it can be used to fund future adventures.
