At the start of term, we had a visit from Bradfieldians Alice Masquelier Page (I 15-20) and Kitty Parker (K 13-18) who spoke in Music School to the new Lower Sixth year group. They shared their work experience as volunteers with charites Oscar International in India and Alsama Institute in Syria respectively. It was hoped that this would inspire pupils to consider volunteering and encourage them to use their skills to support others and develop themselves and their scope of interest.
This week, Geography teacher Trevor Kidson welcomed back more former pupils to share their experience since studying Geography and their careers today. They once again spoke to the Sixth Formers who are considering further education in Geography or Business sectors. Trevor said after the event “Many thanks to Grace Holley (M 15-17) and Phoebe Hyslop (K 12-17) for coming back to talk to the 6th Form Geographers about their university experience and working life. A really interesting and insightful view of their journeys post-Bradfield, no doubt inspiring the next generation.”
We always love to welcome Bradfieldians back to College to support the pupil body during their educational journeys. Please do get in touch if you can support our Horizons careers team or want to share your story with the Bradfield community.
