Bradfield pupils once again yielded an impressive set of examination results in their Summer 2026 Public Examinations and we offer them many congratulations for their splendid achievements;

A Level and Higher Level IB

51% of all entries awarded an A* or A (or equivalent) and 83% graded A*-B A Level and Higher Level IB results

Key Statistics 2026;

A / A Equivalents:* 51% of all A Level and Higher Level IB entries.

A-B Equivalents:* 83% of all entries.

A Grades:* 17% of A Levels were graded A*, equaling the college record.

Top Achievers: 40% of students achieved the equivalent of AAA or above, with over 70 Upper Sixth Formers achieving 3 'A's or above (or equivalent in the IB).

Student Successes & Destinations;

Oxbridge Placements included Isabella (Oxford, Mathematics with A*A*A*A*); Joshua (Cambridge, Natural Sciences) and Luca (Oxford, Music with a Choral scholarship). In other notable results Theo achieved A*A*A*A* in English Literature, Maths, Further Maths, and Physics, while Toby achieved A*A*A* in Computer Science, Economics, and Maths.

Over 80% of Sixth Form leavers secured places at Russell Group or Top 20 universities, alongside specialized placements like George at the Oxford School of Drama and Jess with a hockey scholarship to Syracuse University in the USA.

GCSEs

GCSE Results were no less impressive with 18% of grades are 9, 42% grades 9-8 and over two-thirds (67%) are grades 9-7 (A*/A equivalent), well above the independent sector average of 48.1% of entries graded 7–9 (A*/A) and representing the strongest set of results in recent history.
