The College Boys' 1st XI have succeeded in securing a 3-1 victory against Millfield and are through the 2026 Final of the Boodles ISFA Cup, read the match report of tthe thrilling game;
'Bradfield started well and scored early from a great dribble and cross from Torren (H) to Micah (E) who got across his defender to blast into the net from 8 yards. The opposition then started to show their quality and Bradfield’s defence had to sustain lots of pressure to keep the visitors out. James (C) Ben (D) Nathaniel (F) Freddie (H) and Ollie (D) need a special mention for their last-ditch tackles and blocks. In the last 5 minutes of the first half however, Millfield levelled from a second phase rebound from a free kick, so all evens and half time.
With a few adjustments at half time and understanding consolidated, Bradfield started the second half well and scored again through Kris (H) with a sweet strike into the bottom corner. Bradfield were now creating chances and scored again with another wonderful strike again from Kris (H) provided by excellent work for Charlie (A) down the right side. The opposition then got a penalty which they could not convert and Bradfield held on for the win in what was an excellent second half display.'
In the final the boys will now face Aldenham who defeated Eton in their match.
Could Bradfield be the first team to win 3 consecutive titles?
The final will take place on Monday 16 March at 7pm in Northampton Town FC stadium.
