Swaadish cook authentic Gujarati curry sauces in small batches and is run by Bradfieldian Jez Felwick (B 88-93). After a whirlwind summer filled with festivals, events, production, promo and a little TV appearance, we're settling into Autumn with a renewed commitment to share more recipe, tips and stories throughout the colder months.
