OB Frankie Fox nee Sheekey (J 92-94) discovered a love of foraging and cooking with her mother and father as a child. After university in London and later working in finance, Frankie moved to the country where she started growing beetroot, runner beans and fruit canes. A glut of beetroot in 2013 led Frankie to explore how to preserve it and so she developed her first product - beetroot ketchup. The full Daily Telegraph article can be seen below.

Along with her business partner, Desiree, Frankie's award winning beetroot recipes have grown from homemade ketchup made in the Fox family kitchen and sold at trade shows into a very successful business with a variety of bottled preserves which are now available in supermarkets across the UK and overseas.
