Current member of staff and certified life coach Jay Pattison has just released her first book which is rooted in personal experience and focuses on the small shifts that help you keep moving forward and pursuing your goals, even in the face of adversity.
She is candid in saying that she did not set out to become an author, her motivation lay in trying to help others;
‘Writing a book wasn’t part of the plan. I’m just someone who’s walked through doubt, setbacks, growth, and a lot of internal battles… and I wanted to turn those lessons into something meaningful.’
Jay caveats that the book isn’t written from a place of perfection, but experience; how she dealt with the moments in which she felt stuck, when she wanted to quit and then how she found the shifts that slowly helped her find her way forward.
