After 14 years in the Bradfield College Estates team and a most familiar face around the College campus for both pupils past and present and staff, Richard Baxter retires today. He was presented with a long service certificate by Owen Adams the COO and the College gave him the send off he will remember at coffee break to say farewell.

Always a cheerful face around the College, Richard said he has many tales to tell, many of which he thinks most would not believe him of his time at Bradfield. In his leaving speech he quiped he had just wound up the College clock on Chapel for the last nostalgic time, which has been there for 100 years, and someone said they hoped he had shown someone else how to do it!.
