Minerva Lecture: War and Christianity – Are They Compatible?
We are delighted to welcome Lieutenant General Robin Brims CB, CBE, DSO, DL to Bradfield College for our next Minerva Lecture.
General Brims served for 39 years in the British Army, including commanding British forces during the Iraq War in 2003 and the battle for Basra. He has also served on the General Synod of the Church of England since 2021.
This promises to be a fascinating exploration of the relationship between warfare, morality, and Christian faith.
This is a public lecture, and all members of the Bradfield Community are warmly invited to attend and to bring friends and family.
Thursday 15 October, 7.30pm in the Music Hall
